I joined AA Careers after 21 years in a family business, growing the business while taking on ever increasing responsibilities. I did not prepare for the day that I was no longer working there. I had nothing, no career marketing tools, no formal network established, and very little understanding of what it takes to get a job in the world today. I found AA Careers to be extremely valuable and would recommend the services to anyone involved in a career search or contemplating one. The methodology employed by AA Careers is thorough. It helped me greatly to not only prepare the tools needed to market myself but also to execute a successful Career Marketing Campaign. I was very fortunate to work with Frank, a true professional and a very genuine and caring human being. Frank made himself available to me 24/7. He encouraged me, led me, and guided me through the entire process. Frank is so thorough he now has suggested that we continue to meet regularly in order to manage my career moving forward.
