This company is A FRAUD, there product is FRAUDULENT, this is a SCAM, with no recourse for the consumer. They claim to have 100% money back guarantee if you return the product within 30 days of returning the material, however, they do not return any of your phone calls, or emails in order for you to obtain an address on where to send the product back to nor do they provide an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. They have an address on their web-site which is undeliverable, while also having multiple different addresses so you do not know where you are suppose to be sending the product back to?? You are stuck with an unreliable, crap product and unable to return it. To add insult to injury the study material is not a resource to help you pass any exam and the material is worthless. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY….THIS IS A SCAM!!
