Over the past 15+ years, I've travelled around the world, and trained at numerous centers, with a multitude of instructors. The staff at ASD truly set a high bar, and bring something new to the arena of martial arts and combatives training. The professionalism and courtesy are nothing short of exceptional, especially in a field often dominated by ego. Facilities are kept spotless, and equipment up-to-date. Most importantly, the curriculum comes from time, street, & battlefield tested material. The instructors bring real-world experience. And, they share their expertise and knowledge generously. I can highly recommend the services provided at the Academy of Self Defense, without any reservation.
