I would caution anyone against considering this company and advise that they find another one to fulfill any service and repair needs they might have for their air conditioner or heater. My experience with this company (7/28/11)proved not only their dishonesty in their delivery of services, but their lack of concern for the satisfaction of their customer(s). Their technician did some really shady stuff on the receipt whereby he charged me for some 'Service Club Membership' instead of documenting the valve replacement work that was probably never even done. Upon discovering this scam, I attempted numerous times by telephone and even by a written complaint to the President (James Smith) to resolve the issue involving their dishonesty and failure to provide a service for which I was charged, but never ever received any response. I have been forced, for the first time in my life, to file a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
Do yourself a favor and find another company.
