I was intriguied by the tax credits going on right now. I wanted to somehow benefit from the stimulus package. American Air had an advertisment saying they could get them for me through a new heating system. I had gotten estimates for a heater on and off for the last few years and never heard about the credits. I was interested and called them out. It was pretty easy to set the appointment. I called on a friday and had the appt the next wed. The gentleman came out explained all the information. After research (checking bbb rating and other) I told American that I wanted to do the work. They scheduled it at my convenience and installed the job. They start early in the morning to miss traffic for all those late risers like myself. All in all I had a great experience.
