After trying DiscountanimeUSA I placed the same order with this firm. They have had my order more then 15days and have not shipped it. I have to admit that at least their CS department did send me a email saying they needed a little more time. The products arrived after 25 days. This firm needs to improve their on line marketing and keep their instock and available items updated. Was a little disappointed in the quality of the season 1 dvd. Freezing up issues on several chapters but this is not the fault of this firm but the poor Quality management used by the firms they get their products from. I think this firm may get better and I plan to order again from them just to see if they improve or not.
