I ordered a large shipment from Appleinbulk.com back in 2011. First I was given excuses that they ordered wrong product, then I was told to wait longer, any way the shipment was never sent. When I asked for my refund, first I was told 48 hours, then I was told 14 business days, now it's been over a year and I still haven't received my refund. Their customer service is an answering service, their address (9461 Charleville Street) is a FEDEX store that is not affiliated with them in any way. They don't have an actual office location that they disclose. If you research them, you will find cases for breach of contract pending against them. I hear every Friday from Michael Bensimon that I will receive my check in a couple of days, a year later ... still no refund check. BBB has contacted them repeatedly and were ignored. All of this can be backed up in writing. Very unreliable company to deal with.
