A positive experience

I have been employed by Bo Enterprises for 3.5 yrs. My experiences with Peter Hoffman and Amy Diffenderfer have always been positive. My time with the company has been very productive. I started out as a duct test and seal rep and quickly became a Mgr. in that position. I stayed wit that progran for aprox. 18 mo. and then went to PG&E Energy Savings Assistance Program Training in Stockton, Ca. Peter told me he had plans for me to move up in the company. He nor anyone else in the company has ever misled me nor has my pay ever been an issue. I am now the Regional Mgr for the ES staff as well as a primary trainer. A company like this does not exist for over 25 yrs, as it is customer serviced based, by not providing a good product and keeping its employees happy. Of course this kind of work is not for everyone, and those that dont cut it usually are our biggest detractors. This is a good company to work for and i would recommend them to any PG&E or SoCal Gas customer to participate in the ESA program.
