I am employed by this company and I have had a positive experience.
It is a very busy and fast paced environment. The staff is professional and committed to excellence. I have not been subjected to nor witnessed harassment from management or co-workers in any form. This is a great group of people working hard to accomplish very good things with an astonishingly high success rate. Management has been supportive and responsive, I have let them know of a need for a pay advance on 2 occasions and my request was immediately granted and received a check in a matter of minutes. Frankly, I have never experienced such an immediate response with any previous employer. With Bo I know I never have to worry and every week when I take my paycheck to the bank I KNOW it is a good check because Bo is SOLID. Bo has stood the test of time for all the right reasons.
