Cash Jar a Scam

In an extreme emergency, I took out a $1,000 loan with CashJar in December. I really did not fully understand the terms they stated but I was desperate. For the past three payments they have taken $1,500 out of my account and states that I still owe the principal balance of $1,000 and a $600 fee. I asked the person to whom I spoke to is this legal. They are charging over 200% interest on this loan. She said yes it is perfectly legal. This is highway robbery. I am filing a complaint with the FTC. Is there a class action suit or something against these people?
