I was referred to CII by another business associate of mine. I was contacted by them, and I sent in two cases. They said because of the circumstances of the cases and because I knew these guys would more than likely not pay especially if I sent them to a collection agency that my best chance on getting these dead beat low lives to pay was sending them to litigation. I agreed with the staff at CII and decided to pay $2000 to send 3 accounts of mine into litigation and full collection services. They would continue with collection efforts, lower credit scores, and if no success or progress was being made then send them to court. The progress they seem to be making on these cases are making me rather please and I am glad I the recco to use their services.
