RIPOFF! THe mechanics don't know what they are doing or certifying. The service reps totally lie
about the work being performed. THe management will do everything to cover it up including
totally lying to the BBB when you file a complaint.
If you want to buy a car from them, make them produce a CarFacts report. If they try to BS their way
around it, leave immediately. I say this because the 2nd car I bought from them got dinged. The body
shop asked if they had disclosed previous accidents. THey explained the CARFacts report noted a previous
accident. The dealer probably bought the car as salvage for $5, put on some plastic to cover it up. And then
sold it to you as a car that that was better than it really was.
Don't get burned at DCH. Whether it is Torrance Toyota any of their other DCH dealership, don't go there and
get burned by them..
