Save yourself a trip. Negotiated a price over the phone only to drive 40 miles in rush hour to find out the quoted price would not be honored. Be very cautious if you do deal with these people. If you call them they wil be extremely vague and uninformative. But then will call you back and tell you ANYTHING you want to hear. Why? Because they record only the incoming calls in case of disputes that will be escalated. So any lies they tell you when calling back will not be on record. Have purchased several Toyota's through the years with great experiences at Tustin Toyota and Toyota of El Cajon. Stick with the honest Fleet Dealers at these dealership's and leave this place alone.
