Bad Customer Serivce! Was attempting to purchase vehicle through this dealership. I received a call that I needed to come in to sign some paperwork. I made an appt. to meet with the finance person, when I arrived he was not there and had the person that was inform me that they could not come up with financing so we had to do an unwind of the contract. That was fine but he could have been more honest in the call. I informed them that I needed to get my refund for my down payment. I was informed it would take a day or so to cut the check, I asked to pick it up as I needed to make my car payment on the car I was going to trade in. I followed up a couple days later and continued calling for a total of 7 times. I received 1 call after emailing the sale guy that had worked with me. The finance guy said the check wasn't cut and would be mailed. I called back and got voicemail again and informed him that I needed to pick up the refund so that I could make my car payment as it was due, he never returned any of my calls, I left a message for his boss as well who never called back. I finally received the refund in the mail but by then it was too late to make my car payment on time. Customer Service was horrible by the finance dept.
