Dell computers may not be the cheapest, but as they say, you get what you pay for. When I was having technical problems with my computer, the fixed it remotely through the Internet. I had a hard drive problem once and not only did they replace it, but they gave me the option to ship it off, take it into an authorized retailer (which was only 20 miles away and I live in a rural area), or have a technician come out and fix it a week later. I will admit it is annoying that I spent most of my time talking to someone in India on the phone, but honestly, who doesn't outsource tech support these days.
