The worst promotional company around

This has been the worst experience in my life.
There was no one at this company that cared about satisfying a customer.
I paid in advance and there was one excuse after the other, first they claimed that they printed the order but there was no tracking....then they were going to get back to me and never did....they were behind on the deadline for about 2 weeks...I had to finally cancel the order.....
