This company and it's owner/Manager Karen has not lived up to its website's agreement that they will refund your money when you have issues or are dissatisfied. I ordered products from Karen (Dreamland Trading) in April 2010. After a few months of back and forth it became clear to me that this was not a business in which I wanted to do business with. I did not receive my product and asked for a refund (June 2010) after it became clear that I was NOT going to receive my products. As of March 2011, I have not received a full refund (50% only after pressure had been exerted) and constantly given promises that have NOT been lived up to. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH this entity unless you do so with a Credit Card or via invoicing upon receipt of your product. DO NOT PREPAY.
