Purchased 10000 watt trifuel generator. 3 hours of use springs an oil leak. DuroPower agreed to send replacement gasket but not repair. Upon repair it was obvious the issue was an assembly error. The gasket was torn and not installed over the bolt and pins properly.
To replace the the gasket required an extensive dis-assembly of the whole unit, cost of $300. I have asked for a response from DuroPower about reimbursing me for an obvious assembly issue. They do not respond to emails, or filling out their online form.
My generator does work since repair.
Disappointed with this lack of response.
