My experience with this company is that they work on behalf of landlords. For a very low price and landlord can purchase a "package" from them when in dispute with a tenant and can without just cause or proof or even a judgement unfairly target a person's credit. We went to purchase a car and had a credit ran and was notified of a collection account on our credit by this company. We were shocked. We had never heard of the agency, never received a written notice, never received a phone call. After some digging we found the creditor they were collecting for which was a past landlord. We 100% dispute this claim. The issue is we were never given the opportunity to do so before it was placed on our credit. The item was on our credit for 5 months before we discovered it. We have written and requested it be removed and shown proof of why we are not liable for the debt and have received no response.
