Well, maybe 2 1/2 stars...I have mixed feelings about this business. The products were very nice, the people were very nice, but the installation of wood flooring (engineered hand-scraped Brazilian cherry) left A LOT to be desired. The installers had difficulty showing up on time and although the floor generally looks pretty, they didn't do a very good job of leveling the floor in many places so there are dips and MANY, MANY squeaks (which are very annoying). When the owners were contacted, they voiced concern and sent the guys back out and "fillers" were put in, the floor isn't any better than it was in the beginning. They also installed 5" baseboards that really don't look professionally done at all. There are gaps, they didn't seal the seams, there are nails protruding in a few places, etc. Anyway, bottom line, I would not recommend having them do installation...disappointed, but feel worn down and tired of trying to get them back AGAIN to TRY to get things fixed.
