Just Terrible

I called in to request someone come out to look at my doors that were not swinging right. I was told right away its a hinge issue and not under warranty and I would have to pay for repairs. I told them that was fine but how do you know its a hinge issue. I was then told by Marilyn I need to call the president and she hung up the phone on me. I called Rene and got no answer. I called back to speak to someone at the company and Marilyn transferred me to someone else who said I need to speak to the president. I questioned why and she said find another company and hung up on me. Terrible customer service.
