Fox Rent A Car does not honor its reservations at the Seattle Aiport location. We made an online reservation on 7/2/10 directly with www.foxrentacar.com for a 5/day rental of a premium Chrysler 300M or equivalent, and requested to hold a car seat for our toddler. We included our flight information, as requested during the booking process, but it seems this information was not used for our reservation because we did not have a car. On 7/15/10 we arrived at the Seattle rental office on time for our 6pm rental start time, but we had no car. The Fox employee behind the desk told me that they use 3rd party booking that always overbooks them. There were three other families in line before me and only the first family got a vehicle.
