Fraudently taken money refunded

Our credit card was billed three times in one month without our permission, I have never done business with this company and won't. I was unable to get any cooperation from the company during my call without my credit card number, which my bank had advised me to destroy when I contacted them.
They would be more than happy to release then information of the persons that did get services with our credit card, provided the police supply them with a subpoena. I have no respect for Experian or its other companies.
What could Experian do better? Make changes which verify that the user and credit card holder are the same person.
