Reading these other reviews, I see I am not alone. This is a tricky company, rude customer service.I ordered Proactiv solution and these vitains came along as a FREE gift. If you ever order Proactiv, DO NOT order these vitamins, it is a scam. I am surprised that Proactiv would even have this company listed on their website. I cancelled Proactiv,had no idea that VitaPower was even a separate company. So I had to call and cancel with them after being charged $34 (including S&H), at that point I was willing to pay, as long as I could cancel.One month later, I see another charge for $34. I called AGAIN, and the extremely, beyond words RUDE customer service rep explained to me that they had shipped a 2 month supply so that was what my second charge was for(keep in mind it includes S&H for an item only shipped once).These people are rude and their selling practices are sneaky and devious, not to mention ridiculous. I am assuming they have rude customer service reps because they actually need them ....to handle all the angry calls they get. I just want my account to STOP being charged! It shouldn't take this many calls to cancel an account. I've already given them an estimated $68 for a product I do not want. If it was possible to give them a zero star rating, I would.
