Turn around on games is HORRIBLE. I have several "available now" games in my que. After 2 weeks they emailed to tell me:
"We are sorry to inform you that the game, Matrix: Path of Neo, we attempted to send you was returned to GameFly by the US Postal Service. We have returned the game against your account. To help ensure delivery in the future, please review the delivery address we have on file by viewing Shipping Address in the My Account section (http://www.gamefly.com/account) and update it as necessary. We apologize for any inconvenience."
I order stuff online WEEKLY and never have the problems I've had with Gamefly over the past year. If you have an older system, chances are you could buy games for $15 or under. Why give that to Gamefly?
