This is the post on the forum the message boards reguarding the customer support that you get if you purchase a faulty product from GMS. First they say its not the fault of the product then their representstive gets ahold of you after returning the product faulty telling me that it was faulty and that they would replace me ecm. It has now been 3 weeks since they said that they would replace the ecm to repair my car. I have not had any replies to numerous emails to the company or the representative and still have not recieved the ecm. Not only is my car dead and has been for alittle over 2 months now, I also have a repair bill at one repair facility for 15 hours of diagnostics only to have to take the car to the dealer for another 6 hours to finally tell me that the ecm was killed by a bad flash. So what ever you do, do not buy and Granatelli Motor Sport parts if you want to have any customer service or great parts.
