This company has a D- rating with the BBB. They do nothing that your own mortgage company can't do, and your mortgage company can do it for free. If your mortgage company says you don't qualify then you don't quality no matter what H.O.P.E says. The money you give them is to use their software, they make sure you understand that. So, when you are denied, even after they told you that you were prequalified, you do not get a refund because you did use their software. That's the catch!! Please call your mortgage company and save the money this company charges. To be fair, they have succeeded in modifications, but these same customers could have achieved the same outcome through their mortgage company for free.
