Do not do business with this company. You will pay $150 to gain access to a disorganized website (filled with misspellings) that provides a list of all the homes in your area in pre-foreclosure and a shotty business model. They sell you on the idea that people are willing to give up their homes but in reality they are not. You will hate the website. I should have done more research on this company before I signed up. They offer a refund if you request in writing and send a denial letter from one homeowner but they do not respond. In fact, the letter goes to a PO Box so there is no way to prove you requested a refund and the only way you can file a claim with your bank is to have a cancellation notice—which HomesAxxcess will not provide. The only phone number or email listed is for “customer support” (to buy the package) not for administration (to get the refund). Buyer beware!
