I was very upset when I spent hours on the Torrid website picking out sale items and when I submitted my order I assumed it went through because the site said it did. Time went by and I received no confirmation so I contacted them and was told there was a site issues that caused orders to disappear. So I was so upset and demanded they compensate me for the inconvenience bc the sale items no longer were available, all sold out, and the sale of 50% off clearance was over. I also had proof of my huge order bc I took a print screen at the end! So they offered me 50% off my total order of clearance items. The great thing was there were some clearance items that rang up 50% off the lowest price already, so in the end I got an additional 50% off those items (75% total). Needless to say they were so thankful for my return business and I got 32 items for 145 bucks! I'm so happy and they arrive today! I'm VERY pleased with the way Torrid handled this stressful situation! I would recommend this company to ANYONE!
