I called International Limousine about 2 months before I needed a limo for a special occasion I was having. I spoke to Michael and booked my reservation for 2/13/10 for a 5:00PM pick-up. I called Michael 3 times leading up to my reservation to confirm it would be there on time. Michael confirmed each time the limo would show up and that they have been in business for 20 years and missed 1 pick-up in that time. On 2/13/10 at 5:00pm no one showed up at my home, nor did I receive a phone call from anyone. I waited until 6:00pm and made several phone calls to their offices only to receive their answering machine. No one ever returned my call to even apologize. I called Michael and asked him what happened and he had nothing to say, not even an apology. All he stated was that they have been in business for 20 years and have an impeccable record. NEVER EVER use International Limousine. They are a complete scam and a bunch of con artists. Don't believe anything they say. Again, under no circumstances should you ever use this shady company.
