5/4/09-10:30 AM: We placed the order on the www.eyedocshoppe.com website on 4/24/09. It been almost 10 days and we haven’t received a charge on the Credit Card or anyone has reached out to us to let us know why our order is getting delayed. When we placed the order the Frame was available (In Stock), so I am not sure why it is taking so long to process the order.
5/4/09-11:30 AM: Customer Service associate informed us that there was some glitch in the system and that is why our ordered was delayed. Order will be shipped out today
