I would like to recognize an outstanding service representative for Children's&Kind Furniture, Ms Sharmesha Davis. Over the past two days with more than one call each day, this young lady helped me find a student desk and chair for my 7 year old granddaughter. The item I first attempted to order she indicated she could not guarantee that the chair I wanted would fit under the desk because it came from a different warehouses. This made me stop and think and tell her I would call back. On the second call she indicated she would call the maker of the item, and get back with me, she did not call, but when I called her back she informed me that based upon what I had told her, she wouldn't recommend the items because it could be to small. This make me look into the item description further for the item I original wanted and SHE WAS CORRECT it was way too small. I called back yet again on another day, told her who I was and told her I found another item that I could order and wanted to place it with her just in case she would get a commission on what was sold. ONCE AGAIN based upon what she thought I wante4d and checking the maker of the new desk, told me the chair I wanted would not fit under the desk as I had explained I wanted on an earlier call, and suggested the SKU number of another chair that would fit and would meet my needs. I believe she went out of the way to help me get this item purchased.
She is an great asset to this company. I hope the product I purchased is as great as the sales person that sold it to me. Regards jek
