Delivery was late and incomplete. Extra expenses were incurred by buyer. Extra $2,000 was added to charges for LIFETIME WARRANTY. Four repairs have been needed in less than one year since delivery and J C has done NOTHING to help get repairs done nor has he made any reimbursement to seller.
Bottom line: product(s) sold by J C are poor quality. He lies about everything. Buyer pays for more chemicals than are received. J C will not do anything about repairs. His dishonesty adds stress to problems caused by constant product failure.
