I signed up with them in November of 2006, gave them 4 customers that I was unable to collect on. They collected on 1. We got half of what was owed to us. Then on the other 3 they had to go to legal and of course that cost money. I spent a total of $5250.00 for legal fee's with them and have received only $720.27 on one collection. Everytime I had called I would ask for an update. A few times they had to get back with me but I got the update, (still going through court, customer is on the run, and so on). I have not been able to reach any one since last summer. Now I'm trying again and the phones are disconnected. I don't know what to do, should I just chalk this up to a bad (expensive) experience. I only want one star on this but can't seem to figure that out. Angry in the Midwest.
