Do not order from this company. I placed an order for my mother-in law's 80th birthday and paid for express service. I was told the flowers would be there by noon. After several phone calls, I request that the order is cancelled and was told they could not cancel the order until they speak with the florist. I informed "Just Flowers" that it was already 6:30 pm and the flowers were not delivered; therefore I do not want the order. The delivery was finally made at 8:30 pm, my mother in law refused the order. I am in the process of trying to get a refund. They totally ruin the surprise and my mother in law was not able to enjoy the nice bouquet of flowers I had ordered for her. Very disappointed. I will not be ordering from "Just Flowers" again.
