About time someone figured it out. Appraisers are sick and tired of being used by AMC to fatten their own pockets. Paying appraisers a fraction of the fees they charge and expecting it done the next day! Bottom line is you get what you pay for. Im excited to see an new company pay us what we are do and not get hassled to take a cut in pay. Before AMCs I would charge $350 but now im lucky if I get half that amount for the same work! I hope guys succeed in your venture and thank you for doing the right thing. Im sure their are many of us out their who appreciate your efforts.
