A friend, for whom he had done work, recommended Lito to us. We contacted him for a bid for our granite installation. He was very responsive and always seemed to be immediately available on his cell phone. He came to our home and took measurements and discussed the installation process with us. This was very important, as we had no knowledge of what to expect. The personnel at Home Depot and Lowe’s have had no experience in the actual installation process; they are simply order takers.
After reviewing all the bids we received, we contacted Lito again to answer the questions that we had discovered. He came to our home a second time and patiently addressed our concerns. We selected Lito based upon his professional knowledge, his manner in handling customers, and his competitive pricing.
Lito personally handled the installation. In all respects it far exceeded our already high expectations. Throughout the entire process, he kept every commitment he had made to us. We enthusiastically recommend Lito for granite work.
