I am going through the same problem as the other people here. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE LIARS and THIEVES. They WILL charge you WITHOUT PERMISSION. I purchased a program on sale for $1. It was supposed to be a one time charge. I searched for a catch. It was nowhere to be found. Now, I am being charged a monthly recurring fee of up to 179.85 when I did not sign up for that. I called 3 times. Twice, an automated message told me the mailbox was full so I couldn't even leave a voicemail. The third time, I was able to leave a message but it has been a week and they are yet to call me back. However, since I left that message, they have charged me yet again! I have to waste my time dealing with my credit card company to dispute the charge because credit card companies won't block people form charging you. Again, DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!
