Magellan has the worst customer service I have ever seen. You can never talk to the same person twice. They also do not honor their warranty. They should have replaced my unit and did not. They did however offer to replace it with a refurbished unit at a reduced cost. The reduced cost was nearly as much as I paid for the new unit. Why would I want to throw more money into a company who has such poor customer service and does not honor warranties. Heed the advice from all these people on Magellan and stay away from their products.
