I ordered bedroom furniture from MissionLiving.com., supposedly Noble Furniture. It arrived, but is not marked Noble at all. We had two problems with our order.
First, the quality was not Noble quality. The bed rails were made from extremely poor quality oak: several large knot holes and where slabs of wood were put together to form the rail and didn't meet, they put in carpenter's glue to fill the 1 inch crack; and there was no varnish finish on a large part of it. Mark Kasparoff, owner, said they would order new side rails.
Secondly, I also ordered a lamp at the same time. They charged the lamp to my credit card along with the furniture. When the furniture arrived, there was no lamp. I immediately called and spoke with Algelica Kasparoff, V.P, who said they were still waiting for the lamp from the company.
We were not going to be home to accept delivery at that time. I notified them by email on October 31, 2011 that I would like delivery by December 7th for the bed rails and lamp, but didn't hear back. On November 22, 2011 I followed up but my email was returned. I tried to go to their website and it has been taken down. If you "Google" missionliving.com, there is no connection to their website.
DO NOT PURCHASE FURNITURE FROM THESE PEOPLE. They don't even deserve a one start review!
