I don't know where these people come from, but I can tell you that I have had nothing but good experiences with Monoprice. Even when I had browser problems and they billed me multiple times by accident, not only had they put the credit through before I even realized that I had been over-billed and contacted their support, they went a step farther and refunded the whole thing - including what I should have paid for the order! They have the best prices around, ship fast and high quality as long as you order the better quality products (like gold plated cables for instance - usually less than a dollar more). Even their really cheap stuff is just fine for the price. Seriously though people, spend the extra twenty cents though and get the better one - its worth it :). Overall a very good and professional company.
