This business is five star, I cannot speak more highly of them. As a female I am leery, to say the least, of all automotive companies (which isn't fair to the automotive branch of business I realize as there are 'good guys' out there, but I am admitting that I was cautious going to them even though they had been recommended to me). I couldn't be more happy that I did. I have a mini cooper, and after being given a quote by the dealer of $2500 to change a specialty tire and to balance all of the wheels, I came to My Tire Store to see if I could save a little. In short, I walked out with my specialty tire and wheels balanced for $250. $250 bucks for the same job, exact same tire!! The dealer had even tried to spook me stating that I could have a dangerous blow out if I left the dealership, but My Tire Store showed me that my specialty tires cost what they did because they were built to not blow out, that I would have been safe, and just basically educated me on what was going on with my car and what really needed to be done. It's so vulnerable not knowing everything about cars, and I do know some, but other basics I don't. And I'm sure most people are similar to me. It's essential to have mechanics who are honest and do quality work, and I assure you, these are your guys if you need anything done. I look forward to having other similarly stellar experiences with them. They have been so good to me, I just hope to spread the word and help their business in return. They deserve it.
