I went online to get my "Risk Free Trial" product for a teeth brightener. Wow, what a can of worms I opened! I called to cancel and get an RMA# as they request, and I couldn't get through to the customer service dept. After many attempts, I finally contacted them and was told that my trial period was up and my credit card was charged 79.95. I wanted to return the unopened product, but was informed that the product was non-returnable and I could not get a credit for my return. They won't even give me the RMA# that they say you have to have in order to return the product. I didn't even have the shipment for a week. They say the trial starts after you order not after they ship it. Customer service was rude and basically said I was stupid for not knowing what I was getting myself into. It is obvious to me that this company receives hundreds of calls a day, because of the rehearsed answers I was given. I canceled my credit card and have filed a dispute of the charges with my bank. How does a company like this legally stay in business? If I could rate this company with 0 stars, I would.
