This company charged my credit card twice even after I returned the product (Cosmetyn). Their excuse is that they are not "able" to process ANY refunds due to an unresolved issue between them and the 2 major credit card companies, Visa & Master Card?!?. When I asked them why they will not reimburse me even after I returned their products, their answer to me was to call the credit card company myself and try to get a refund back since they (Cosmetyn) will not process any?!?!? No way out for the consumer here, because Master Card tells me they cannot help me eventhough Cosmetyn is using their name in vain?!?! Something is not right here and this billion dollar company is getting away with it! It is all over the internet that these people are scammers, why are they still open for business? These people are REAL CROOKS !!!!! They NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN, THIS IS NOT LEGAL!
