I would like to take a moment and relay my experience with the purchase and installation of a new air conditioning and heating system from Nicholas Aire Systems. As with many people, I was filled with anxiety over the failure of my old air conditioner. What would it cost to replace? How long would it take? What would it entail? Your company responded quickly to my service call. Nick answered all my questions and concerns of the moment. When more questions arose, you responded to my email inquiry quickly. The project was started and finished on-time. Your crew was polite, patient, and respectful. I did have a few special requests, and they were honored. When a minor issue came up shortly after installation, it was addressed and resolved immediately. All the paperwork for applicable rebates was completed and explained to me. All I was left to do was mail in the forms. In summary, my experience with your company was a very pleasant one. And the installation process was clean and painless. Thank you!
