From start to finish Nina was a pleasure to deal with. After months of searching for rings I finally resorted to searching online and found Nina Elle Jewels. I found a gorgeous antique style diamond ring and just knew that it was the one. I was a “picky” customer, but Nina had the patience to explain and work with me and customize the purchase to my needs. We even got the exact center stone I wanted at a fraction of the cost of other jewelers (EGL LA 1.51ct F VS2 a very white and clean sparkling diamond). The ring arrived and looked prettier than in the photos. Nina even custom made a wedding band for us at an incredibly reasonable price. The experience was 5 stars, the cost was affordable, the craftsmanship is impeccable and the customer service is second to none! Shopping online for a diamond or a diamond ring is tricky. Many sellers are interested in pushing their inventory or just selling you a stone based on the cert info but not Nina. We got a personalized experience with special attention to our needs and a final product that has already gotten many compliments. My fiancée and I highly recommend Nina Elle Jewels and will definitely come back for future jewelry purchases!
