Official Realty got me approved for Principal Reduction and a 2.00%

So I tried applying for a loan modification with my bank first only to get denied. Official Realty got into the picture and very quickly got me approved. It was a surprise how quick these guys got me the modification. Real professionals and the mod I got is unreal. I only had to pay after I was approved. I will be recommending them to anyone who is trying to refinance or modify. Thanks again guys!!
