I purchased a motorcycle from this company a few months ago and have had nothing but problems with them. At first they told me that there were not going to be a 2010 model, which pursuaded me to buy the 2009 model. Shortly after I purchased the 2009 model, the 2010 model was on their floor. I think the salesman just wanted to make a quick sale, so he lied to me. Secondly, when I purchased my motorcycle, I purchased a helmet. The helmet did not arrive until 4 months later! Lastly, I took my new motorcycle in because it was overheating (it's still under warranty) and they told me to keep the warranty I had to do a "documented" oil change for $37.50. When I went to pick up the motorcycle, they said I owed them $62.00 for the oil change. According to them, they only quoted me on the labor and not the parts. When you get your oil changed in your vehicle and you ask how much it's going to cost, they usually tell you the cost of the labor and parts, not just the labor. I raised my complaints to the owner, who is not very helpful either. I would recommend going somewhere else if you want to buy a motorcycle or get one fixed. They really do unfair business practices.
