I purchased my first home with Preferred Realty and Lending and will definitely return to Victor Flores when I purchase another property. I ask a lot of questions and he answered them all and when he didn't know the answer he would research and obtain the answer for me within a day. He was very patient, hands-on, and knowledgeable. I was very satisfied with the overall outcome, especially since I had several obstacles throughout the entire process.
