I checked out the reviews for Prime time Shuttle before making my reservation. Well I made the mistake of not believing the previous COMMENTS ( first mistake) I was going to Long Beach cruise line, appointment was for 12.30 pm, I was waiting at my gate from 12.25 pl to 1.30pm no one came
I called the company and a "RUDE AGENT " THEN SAID THE DRIVER WAS THERE till 1pm (Lie) I was there he was not, She then said You have to find your own way to Long Beach as we have no Drivers your way at this time. I used a taxi which cost me $50*** after I came home I complained but all I got was "So Sorry for your experience" and I was charged $20 for a no show Driver** I would like to give PRIME TIME ZERO STARs**** do yourself a favor "FIND A DIFFERENT WAY OF GETTING TO YOUR DESTINATION****
